Betsy A. Partyka-Narey


Betsy began her employment with The Children's Study Home in 1996 as Senior Accountant and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2001.

As Chief Financial Officer, Betsy oversees all agency financial functions including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.  Betsy is responsible for all internal and external financial reporting including annual preparation of the Uniform Financial Report.  She is also responsible for preparation of the agency's budget, coordination of the annual audit, cash management, contract and grant management, as well as overseeing procurements and the agency's computer network.

Prior to her employment at The Children's Study Home, Betsy worked for seven years in the for-profit sector as an accountant for Northern Nurseries in Enfield, Connecticut, a wholesale horticultural supplier.

Betsy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Management with a minor in Mathematics from Elms College in Chicopee, Massachusetts.
