DEPUTY DIRECTOR
William A. Davila, MSW
Will joined the Study Home as deputy director in 2006. As deputy director, Will oversees the agency's western Massachusetts programs, including the Mill Pond and Kathleen Thornton Schools, the SHARP I residential program for adolescent boys, the Cottage latency residential program, Clinical Services, and Family Services.
Will has also served as Program Manager of the Mentor Network's West Roxbury foster care program and, prior to that, the Devereux Massachusetts Metro Boston foster care office, where he served as its first Regional Manager. He currently serves on the boards of the Massachusetts Association of 766 Approved Private Schools (maaps) and Partners for a Healthier Community.
Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Master's degree in Social Work from Boston College.
