EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Steve McCafferty, M.Ed.
Steve became Executive Director of The Children's Study Home in 1995. As the agency's chief executive officer, Steve works with the Board of Directors to determine the strategic, operational, and fiscal priorities of the Study Home.
Steve came to The Children's Study Home after working at the Center for Human Development for 20 years. Prior to that, Steve worked for the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services and several local non-profit agencies. As Executive Director, Steve oversees the overall operations of the agency, works closely with the Board of Directors in setting strategic directions and advocates on behalf of our clients and our agency. Steve is a member of the Board of Directors of The Massachusetts Council of Human Service Providers and the Massachusetts Children's League, of which he is the immediate past president.
Steve holds a Bachelors degree in English from Ohio University and a Masters in Education from the University of Massachusetts.
