Foster Parent Recruiter
20 hour per week, part-time position with the possibility to increase hours to full-time for growing Intensive Foster Care Program. Responsible for the recruitment, selection, and training of intensive foster parents serving adolescents. Must be flexible and open to working nights/weekends on occasion; have excellent organizational, networking and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree plus minimum of one year experience required. MAPP Trainer Certification preferred. Regional travel which requires a current valid MA driver's license.
