Case Manager- Cape START Adolescent Residence
Full Time Case Manager needed to
work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate
referral process; provide clinical services for individuals and their families;
complete intakes; and perform assessments. Position will also provide
case management to include treatment planning, serving as a clinical liaison
with service providers, and providing support for crisis intervention.
Requires Master's degree in social Work or related field, MA licensure,
excellent writing and organizational skills, and experience with emotionally
