Outreach Family Support Worker- Cape Family Support Project
Outreach
Worker needed to provide intensive outreach support with families working
toward the goal of reunification or maintaining family or placement
stability. Will be responsible to document assessments and summaries, and
communicate with DCF. Position will be working with adolescent males and
will organize, facilitate and supervise community and clubhouse activities and
family visits, including transportation, and will serve as a positive role
model. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, a
flexible work schedule including weekends, and a valid driver's license.
BA degree in relevant field preferred.
