Outreach Family Support Worker- Cape Family Support Project
Outreach Worker need to provide intensive
outreach support with families working toward the goal of reunification or
maintaining family or placement stability.
Will be responsible for transportation and supervision of family visits,
document assessments and summaries, communicate with DCF. Requires excellent written and verbal
communication skills, a flexible work schedule including weekends, and a valid
driver's license. BA degree in relevant
field preferred.
