THE CHILDREN'S STUDY HOME HOSTS TWENTY YEARS OF  

ANNUAL INVITATIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENT 


 

Springfield , MA   March 25, 2008  The Children's Study Home will host its twentieth year of the Annual Children's Study Home Invitational Golf Tournament on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at Crestview County Club.  This annual tournament began in 1988 and has become one of the premier golf events in Western MA

 

This year's special anniversary tournament will honor founder of the annual event, Dana Barrows, of Northwestern Mutual.  Mr. Barrows is a past president of the Board of Directors of the Children's Study Home and is an active community member in Western MA
 

The tournament commences with registration and lunch from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., and is then followed by a 12:30 shotgun start.  Dinner and awards begin at 6:00 p.m.  Cost of the tournament is $175 per person and $700 per foursome.  Reception and dinner is $30 per person.  Proceeds of the event will benefit the children and families from communities throughout Massachusetts served by the Children's Study Home.
