12.05.08 Day in Westfield

On Friday, December 12 an empty boat will sit in the WalMart parking lot in Westfield with high hopes of being loaded with holiday toys and gifts through the efforts of 94.7 WMAS.  The toy day will benefit the children of The Children's Study Home of Springfield who serves children and families in need throughout Massachusetts .  The boat will arrive early Friday morning at 6:00 a.m. and will be there until 7:00 p.m. that evening. 

 

94.7 WMAS will be broadcasting live that day about the need of toy and gift donations to those who have suffered through serious challenges at their young age and are served through the Study Home's educational, residential or foster care programs.  This year, you can help bring some holiday cheer into a child's life by bringing a toy or toys to fill the boat.
