The Human Resources Department works to provide information, training, and resources to our departments and the individuals that make up The Children's Study Home, a social service agency with programs in Springfield, Massachusetts and Cape Cod. The organization offers an array of employee benefits ranging from health, dental, pension, long term disability, life insurance and paid leave time. Additionally, employee assistance referral programs are available through professional development.
Professional development within an organization is not only an effective retention tool, it is necessary to maintain and develop the skills of the employees providing services to those we serve. The Children's Study Home offers training through agency in-services, visiting trainers, web based programs, and external opportunities. Through these resources, employees of The Children's Study Home can customize their training to meet their personal professional needs and we encourage continuous learning.
The Human Resources Department staff would be happy to provide information on jobs and employment and is available Monday- Friday, 8am- 5pm, and is located in the Administrative Office Building of the Sherman Street Campus.
