TUITION ASSISTANCE
Tuition Reimbursement is available to employees working a scheduled 20 hours or more per week and who have been employed with The Children's Study Home for at least six months. The Children's Study Home will reimburse 50% of the cost equivalent to that of Westfield State College to a maximum of 6 credits per semester upon the submitting of grades and receipts. Tuition Remission covers full tuition only and is available to eligible employees (scheduled 30 hours or more per week, have worked for at least six months) who meet all criteria as set forth by the Mass Council of Human Service Providers. Financial assistance is available to offset the cost of courses intended to help education staff obtain and maintain current certification. The Children's Study Home will reimburse staff 75% of the cost equivalent to that charged by Westfield State College per 6-credit academic course.
